User

Type of User

  • 1) Super User
    • User who sign up our software or join our partner program.
    • User who sign up a free trial and subscribe to our software after free trial expired.
    • Super User is the highest ranking user.
    • Any user created by Super User is his subordinate.
    • Super User have all the authority over his subordinate.
  • 2) Supervisor
    • User created by Super User and assigned Supervisor Role.
    • User created by other Supervisor who had the authority to create user and assign Supervisor Role.
    • Supervisor's authority is assign by Super User/Supervisor who create him.
  • 3) User
    • User created by Super User.
    • User created by Supervisor who had the authority to create user and assign User Role.
    • User's authority is assign by Super User/Supervisor who create him.
  • An user can be assign to multiple company.

Create User

  • go to Accountant Tools ==> User ==> Create New User
  • Fill up the Sign Up Staff form.
  • Click summit to register a new user.
  • After registration, a confirmation email will be send to the registered email.
  • The registered user must click the Confirmation Link to confirm he is the owner of the email before he can login to our software.
  • You need to give the registered user the password or the new user can reset his password and use the new password to login.

Assign user to a company

  • You need to assign user to a company before he can access the company.
  • go to Accountant Tools ==> Company Management
  • Select the company ( Click on the company ) you want to assign the user to from the Company Listing Panel.
  • User Group Listing and User Listing for the company will appear on the right panel.
  • Select User Group from the User Group Listing (click on the user group).
  • If there is no User Group in the User Group Listing, then create a new User Group first.
  • Click here for procedure on how to create User Group.
  • After select User Group from the User Group Listing, click the Add User To This User Group (Single person Icon on top right of the User Group Listing).
  • An add User To Group Dialog will pop up, then select the User from the user drop down list and select the Group Role from the Group Role drop down list.
  • The Group Role will determine what the user can do on this company.
  • Click the Save button to save the assignment.

Edit User Role / Disable User for a company

  • go to Accountant Tools ==> Company Management
  • Left click to select the company in the Company Listing Table.
  • Left click to select the User Group ( where the user belongs to ) in the User Group Listing Table.
  • To delete the user
    • Left click to select the User in the User Listing Table.
    • Click the dust bin icon to delete the User from this company.
  • To edit the user
    • Double click the user in the User Listing Table.
    • Maintain Group Role Dialog will pop up.
    • Then edit the group role or disable or enable the user.
    • click Save button to update the information.
