Template
Template
- User can use the template to create a new transaction by enter transaction date or amount only.
- You can setup unlimited numbers of template for Expenses, Cash Book Receipt/Payment, Journal Entry, Customer/Supplier's document (quote, invoice, debit note, credit note).
- Data entry clerk without any accounting background can use the template to create new transaction.
- Template can reduce your time spend on data entry and software training for account clerk / data entry clerk.
Create Template
- Procedure to create a template as follow :

- Example to create a Template for Sales Invoice.
- Fill up all the necessary data in Customer Sales Invoice page.
- Move your mouse to the 3 vertical dot Icon (on the right of the Save Icon ) on the main header, and a drop down menu will appear.
- Left click the Save(Template) in the drop down menu.
- Enter the Code and Description in the Save Template Dialog.
- Click save button to save it.
Use Template
- Use Template to create a new transaction :

- Example to use a Template for Sales Invoice.
- go to Customer ==> Sales Invoice ==> New Sales.
- Move your mouse to the 3 vertical dot Icon (on the right of the Save Icon ) on the main header, and a drop down menu will appear.
- Left click the Use Template in the drop down menu.
- Template Listing Dialog for Sales Invoice will pop up.
- You can search the template you want to use by code or description in the Search Box on the top right of the Template Listing table.
- Double click to select the template you want to use from the Template Listing.
- After your selection, the Template Listing Dialog will close, and the Sales Invoice page will fill up with all the data same as the selected template.
- Set the date and fill up any empty field and save it as a new transaction.
